I just had an AMAZING life coaching session by the very talented Lindsey Gemme at Plateful of Soul, LLC. So I had no idea what life coaching was about and didn’t think I needed it since I’m pretty dang happy with my life, but … I decided to give it a go and wow, she helped me to figure a few things out that I didn’t even know need figuring.
