Full holistic assessment (1.5-2 hours / $150)
Set number of one-hour lifestyle & wellness strategy sessions ($100 a session)
Weekly personal feedback from me about your food & lifestyle habits via online logging platform
Personalized diet and lifestyle education handouts & education
Logging forms and resources
Email / text support for questions or concerns between sessions
Exercises and between-session activities to further support mind, body, and spirit awareness, change, and growth
OPTIONAL (but recommended): One-time blood lab test ($665), at additional fee

If adding bi-weekly Reiki Touch Therapy for stress reduction, physical or emotional healing, an added fee will be applied.

Done in-home, $25 travel fee will be added.
