Often times, it’s not so much a lack of knowledge but it’s ingrained behaviors around food that gets us into trouble. We know the difference between a pixie stick and a carrot stick, but establishing new, healthier behaviors can be difficult. Whether it’s stress/emotional eating or unconscious snacking, this class will provide you with tools and techniques for making more conscious, mindful actions for fueling your body – and feeding your soul.
